Kevin Kline Lines Up Crazy Dual Role in Charlie Kaufman's 'Frank or Francis'
The final film film writer Charlie Kaufman directed was the bananas 'Synecdoche, NY.' Knowing from some recently revealed plot particulars, 'Frank or Francis' -- his second directorial effort -- might be just like bananas. First, some casting: Variety reviews that Kevin Kline has became a member of the formerly attached Steve Carell, Jack Black an Nicolas Cage within the film, which follows a web-based film blogger and the antagonistic relationship having a hack filmmaker. Kline will have a Richard Waller, the brother of famous imaginary filmmaker Jonathan Waller, in addition to Richard's Mind. Who's Richard's Mind? Per Variety, "an animatronic mind that, by using advanced screenwriting techniques, helps Jonathan create a completely inoffensive creation that may have the largest possible appeal and zero artistic integrity." OK, then! For the relaxation from the cast, Black is mounted on take part in the blogger, with Carell because the director and Cage being an actor famous for films like 'Fat Father.'
